Solace

Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Solace, a service operated by Solve 4 U, a sole proprietorship based in Tennessee, United States. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

1. The service

Solace connects to tools you already use — GitHub, Google Calendar, Slack and meeting-notes services — and turns that activity into measured hours, summaries, invoices and client-facing billing packages. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. Organization owners and admins control access to their workspace and its data.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • Free. One project, connected integrations, hours and invoices. The client billing portal (public billing package) is not included.
  • Pro. $20 per month or $200 per year. Unlimited projects and clients, all integrations, and the client billing portal.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade.

4. Your data and content

You own your workspace content and the data retrieved from services you connect. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate and support the service, including generating summaries and documents you request. You are responsible for having the right to connect each source and to share any billing package you publish.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Solace to break the law or a third party's rights; access data you are not authorized to access; upload malware; probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service; resell or white-label it without permission; or reverse engineer it except as permitted by law. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

6. Third-party integrations

Connected services are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, changes to their APIs, or the content they return. Revoking access in a third-party service may stop parts of Solace from working.

7. Estimates, not legal or accounting advice

Hours, calibrations, summaries and invoice figures produced by Solace are estimates derived from the evidence you connect. You are solely responsible for reviewing them and for anything you bill, publish or file. Solace is not legal, tax or accounting advice.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will always be preserved. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solace and Solve 4 U will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Solve 4 U from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Solve 4 U agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and waive any objection to venue there.
